We want you to love your product. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If we do not have the item you purchased in stock or the item has been discontinued we'd be happy to offer a refund or exchange for a different item.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please use our Contact Us link at the bottom of our site and let us know that you are returning an item, your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 days and provide our mailing address and shipping instructions. We would suggest getting tracking for the package that you ship as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
Once we receive the return it will be processed and within 3-6 business days, your item will be shipped to you to complete the exchange. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
WHO PAYS SHIPPING COSTS?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking charges for all exchanges and refunds. If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must make arrangements with MECO BEAUTY Customer Care as to how the return should be handled prior to shipping the items back to us. A digital image of the damage or defect may be required via email before any arrangements are made in regards to shipping costs.
